College Forms Corporation will assist with necessary follow-ups pertaining to your financial applications relieving you and your family of a concern regarding HOW, WHEN, and WHERE to apply for financial assistance. We also provide a complete package of individual counseling and follow-up services throughout the year at no additional charge. The fee for this service is $600.00. For this fee we will process all grant applications needed for a student to apply for financial assistance. Any additional family members in college will be processed at $350.00 per student. This fee does not include the profile processing fees which are generally less than $30 per school year however, subject to change every school year. All fees are payable at the beginning of your service contract and cover you for the full academic year.
